1. Himavat Ishaya teaches a meditative practice based in what he has branded: The Enlivening Techniques. From the very beginning of your practice of The Enlivening Techniques, you experience an expansion of your conscious awareness. You become more alive to your world. 2. Himavat offers FREE Introductory Lectures. These are a chance for anyone interested to come, ask questions, and share with Himavat and other "Advanced Ascenders" to find out more about the Ishayas' Ascension Teaching and the Enlivening Techniques.
3. The "First Sphere Weekend Seminars" are held at Tourmaline Life Center and at individuals’ homes who have elected to "sponsor" a weekend seminar. The Seminars are scheduled by Himavat when appropriate to the needs of the community.
4. The open "Advanced Meetings" are a space for anyone interested in a group meditative time. These are gatherings of folks wanting to share space and time in an "Enlivened" environment, known in Sanskrit as "Satsang," that is: Keeping the Company of the Truth. The meetings are open to anyone interested in coming together to practice any meditative technique. There are also Advanced Meetings open only to those who have completed at least the “First Sphere” of the Enlivening Techniques.
