Leslie Hershberger, M.A. is a personal/executive coach, teacher, writer and facilitator committed to guiding individuals and organizations through transition and transformation.  She uses powerful tools such as the Enneagram personality and mindfulness to assist others in developing the following personal/professional skills:

Accurate self-assessment - the capacity to recognize strengths, blind spots and life patterns so you have the ability to grow and learn from life experience through openness to other perspectives, ongoing learning and constructive feedback.

Emotional awareness - the capacity to recognize how positive and difficult emotions affect performance, relationships and personal happiness.

An inner rudder - the ability to learn how to take time to slow your pace and calm your mind in order to increase your awareness of your deepest values and your guiding vision.  Setting and reaching goals is valuable and an inner rudder allows you to determine which goals serve your life vision.

Humor - the ability to laugh in order to provide perspective and relief from stress.

Confidence - the courage to act upon your vision and values not only through personal and professional relationships, but also through ethical service in our communities.

Balance - the ability to set boundaries on your time, your personal/professional space while serving the needs of others in your life.   Stress is often rooted in the challenge in balancing giving and receiving.

Leslie has an undergraduate degree in education and a graduate degree in theology.  She is a certified teacher of the Enneagram Professional Training Program and has completed the Enneagram in Business training program.  She is also a trained coach in the Coaching Outside the Box training program.  She is the founder of the Women's In Between Groups of Greater Cincinnati in which she facilitates small group meditation/study/conversation sessions which meet the spiritual and personal development needs of women in transition. Leslie also teaches mindfulness practice and guided visualization.

She is a board member of the Enneagram Center of the Ohio Valley, a member of the International Enneagram Association, a Hospice volunteer and frequent speaker.
