Do you feel stuck between options? Perhaps one is your current situation and the other is where you want to go. When you talk with others about it, does the word "but" come up?
Together, through coaching, we create a new world. One that is no longer black and white, this or that, and filled with but, but, but. We create a world full of green, yellow, blue, magenta, fuchsia, purple, and peach! A world where but becomes and, and a world where this and that changes to a selection of other things.
My clients don't balance their life or compromise. They learn how to have one part of their life feed and nourish another part so the whole becomes fulfilling, rich, rewarding - quite simply, more. Their lives don’t so much grow as expand. They lead more enriched lives that touch and enrich others as well.
Unlike many coaches, I see coaching as a highly skilled profession, not something to do as an aside or outgrowth of other work. I’m proud to be one of fewer than 1000 coaches worldwide certified by the International Coach Federation, which requires over 800 hours of qualified coaching experience, an oral and written exam, three letters of recommendations from other coaches, over 200 hours of coach specific training, and recommendations from five clients.
The physical body plays a significant role in creating change. In addition to leveraging the physical body in coaching, The Dance of Life practice groups and workshops, based on Emelie Conrad’s Continuum Movement (www.continuummovement.com) and Susan Harper’s Continuum Montage (www.continuummontage.com), create healing, promote health, access wisdom and invoke change. With over 250 hours of study with these pioneering women, my work continues toward becoming an authorized Continuum Movement teacher.
Workshops are a great way to get to find out if my style and work are appropriate for you. Presentations are authentic, interactive, value-added, and fun. It was a pleasure and privilege to work as a field sales representative for the Anthony Robbins companies, where presentations were conducted twice a day every day for six months. There’s nothing like lots and lots of practice to refine skills and gain valuable experience. My husband tells me I’m now like E.F. Hutton….when you talk, people listen.
