Meditation Practice

The practice of mindfulness-awareness meditation enables us to look precisely at our state of mind without trying to alter it.  The practice cultivates openness toward ourselves and our environment, moment by moment.

"Meditation takes us just as we are, with our confusion and our sanity.  This complete acceptance of ourselves as we are is called maitri, a simple, direct relationship with our being"  Pema Chodron

Meditation instruction is free.  New students are always welcome.
